1. Who we are and what these terms cover

YourLanguage Coach is a language-training platform operated by ARCHEON DATA, S.L., a company registered in Spain ("we", "us"). These terms govern the use of the platform at yourlanguage.coach, its mobile apps, and its integrations, including the MCP server that lets an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude work with a YourLanguage Coach account.

The platform is contracted by language centres and schools (each a "centre"). A centre's own agreement with us, where one exists, prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

2. Accounts and access

  • Accounts are created by a centre for its staff, its students and the companies that sponsor training for their employees. Each account has a role that decides what it can see and do.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and must keep access to your email address secure, since sign-in links are sent there.
  • The centre that created your account can change or remove it.

3. Connecting an AI assistant

  • Connecting an assistant is optional and requires your explicit approval on our consent screen. The assistant can only see and do what your role already allows in the platform, within the permissions you approved.
  • Actions the assistant performs on your request (for example creating a record or sending a message) are performed on your behalf and under your responsibility, exactly as if you had done them in the platform. Review what the assistant proposes before approving it.
  • Answers written by the assistant are produced by its provider, not by us. They may be inaccurate; check important figures against the platform before relying on them.
  • Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's terms. You can disconnect it at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access data that your role does not grant, or try to get around the platform's permissions;
  • use the platform to send unsolicited or unlawful messages;
  • disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or overload it with automated requests;
  • upload content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful or harmful.

5. Content and data

Centres and their users keep ownership of the content and data they put into the platform. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and, for centres, as their data processor. The platform's software, design and AI-generated learning materials remain ours.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features, including the tools available to AI assistants, and we try to do so without requiring you to reconnect or change any settings.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions taken on the basis of AI assistant answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You can stop using the platform at any time; your centre decides on the closure of its accounts.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules. Questions about these terms: admin@arkeondata.com.
